Our People
We are ordinary people: awakened by the Holy Spirit, equipped to multiply new disciples of Jesus, and compelled by God to reach the harvest.
If you’re ever in a meeting with the Novo family at 10:02, you’ll probably hear alarms going off across the room.
That’s because we keep returning to the Big Question: What will it really take to fulfill the Great Commission? Jesus points us to the answer in Luke 10:2—pray to the Lord of the Harvest, and he will send workers. So we pray. Daily.
And we don’t just pray for workers—we build for it. Novo’s unique contribution to the world of missions is sending workers who are awakened, equipped, and mobilized.
Because gospel movements only multiply when everyday believers say yes.
Awakened
by the Holy Spirit to hear God’s voice, live from their identity in Christ, and walk in spiritual authority.
Equipped
with simple, reproducible tools to multiply disciples, leaders, and new gatherings of Jesus-followers.
Mobilized
with the structures and support to stay healthy and faithfully multiply over the long haul.
Workers Pursuing Gospel Movement
Everyday Disciple-Makers

3 Types of Workers
Like the early believers we see in Act 4:13 who were ordinary people marked by having “been with Jesus”, we aim to send three kinds of “ordinary” workers:
1. Missionary Catalysts
with the vision to see whole cities or regions transformed through a gospel movement in contexts both nearby and around the world
2. National Leaders
equipped and coached to minister in their own contexts
3. Everyday Disciple-Makers
Everyday Disciple-Makers making disciples right in their own communities
To learn more about the catalytic role our missionaries play in sparking gospel movements around the world—and whether or not you might be one too
Leadership
These workers are undergirded by leaders giving oversight and support to Novo’s work around the world.
